• Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 
• Returns outside of the 14-day window are at the discretion of Fascination Bay by Design.
• Returned items must be undamaged, unused and unworn with the exception of trying an item on.
• Personalized and customized items may not be returned unless defective or at the discretion of Fascination Bay by Design.
• Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.
